OFFSITE ROTATION

Scheduled pickups and delivers of your media are customizable and ready to meet your needs. To ensure accuracy your media will be scanned at time of pickup and delivery, as well when retrieved and refilled at are secure facility . For those unexpected and unscheduled service needs, we have on demand options, such as next day, 1 and 4 hour plus drive time deliveries. This allows you to retrieve your media 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We also have Will-calls options available during regular business hours.

STORAGE

We offer open and closed storage options. Open media storage, will allow you to track individually bar-coded media, and have the option to retrieve individual media. Closed media storage, allows you to track the container. Closed media containers are not opened, we do not track the individual media inside. You may even need both services.

DATA VAULTS

Your data will be stored in one of our underground vaults. Our vaults are constructed with 14 inch concrete walls and are 3 feet below the surface with fire proof vault doors. Each chamber has its own FM200 fire suppression system, and is climate controlled. The vaults are protected by an initial bullet proof mantrap, with alarm system, 24/7 video surveillance, and biometric and keypad entry. 5 levels of security are required to access the main vault corridor.

ACCESS CONTROL

We have implemented an account authorization system that is designed to protect and restrict access to your media and account information. Our account authorization system protocols are strictly enforced, insuring that only authorized persons are able to gain access to your offsite media. No one other than your authorized staff will ever be allowed direct access to your account and media.

MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE

Our web based management barcode tracking software (Total Recall) is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You have secure access to your inventory; to change your retention dates, print reports, emergency retrievals, and perform other management tasks.

AUDIT TRAIL

Archive Management Service is accountable for your backup data. Our comprehensive procedures and policies support tape reconciliation, audits of off-site tapes, and disaster recovery documentation. Total Recall management system, keeps a complete history of your data.

Are employees are specially screened, trained and bonded professionals and carry identification badges at all times.
